Temporary replacements

If your staff member is ill or taking an approved vacation and you absolutely need support during that time, we can generally provide temporary replacements.

Offshore supervision

It’s up to you to manage your own assigned staff member. But you’ll have a lot of help in doing even that. Each offshore staff member is assigned to a supervisor responsible for ensuring that your staff member is carrying out your wishes as expected. Above that level, a unit manager is also responsible for the same thing. You will know who these supporting managers are and how to reach them. It’s their job to ensure that you are fully satisfied with BabbleGlass and with the staff member assigned to you.

Dedicated customer satisfaction staff

Once your staff member is deployed and working with you, you will be assigned to a permanent customer satisfaction representative. You will hear from them regularly, and their only job is to ensure that you are satisfied with your staff member and satisfied with BabbleGlass. If you feel that you are not getting support you need from your staff member, or their supervisor, or the unit manager, you can call this person at any time to get help.

Dedicated ongoing technical support

You and your staff member will also have access to continuous technical support. We’ll make sure that your staff member’s computer, software and connectivity is continuously maintained and supported, and also that your connection to your staff member remains up.

Keeping it simple

BabbleGlass’s pricing model is a simple, all-inclusive monthly fee for staff deployment. You’ve got nothing complex to calculate: there are no surprises and no long-term commitments.

Privacy, confidentiality and work product ownership

Your work offshore and the data you generate are kept completely confidential. Every staff member BabbleGlass recruits signs strict confidentiality language, and every staff member assigned to you works only for you. And of course, all of the work product your staff member generates is your property.
