Why consider offshore staffing?

Key benefits of remote staffing

How do I get started?

How does it work?

What to think about

How does it work?
It’s quick, simple and easy, and it stays that way for as long as you are using BabbleGlass-supplied staff. We have no other goal except to ensure that you are satisfied with the people we provide.

Step 1 We’ll help you determine your needs

Our remote staffing consultants will help you plan out a rational approach to offshore staffing. We’ll work with you to understand your long-term potential opportunity, to develop a clear picture of what will and will not work for you, and to work out a project plan with you. On that basis you can decide where to begin, and we can generate a clear picture of what your needs are.

Step 2 We’ll handle selection for you

BabbleGlass processes many thousands of potential applications, handles all testing, background checks, interviews, burn-in training and final selection. As a result there’s really no need to suffer through an endless series of interviews and to then try to guess who will be right for you over the long term. There’s no need because we’ve already done that work for you, and if you’re not satisfied with them for any reason, you can request a near-instant change.

Step 3 We supply everything for you

BabbleGlass staff come fully supplied and supported. They have a comfortable place to work, a good quality computer with software they need, a telephone, supplies, and so on. You generally don’t need to do anything to get a staff member ready to work.

Step 4 We’ll set up all the connections for you

We’ll set up an appointment to prepare you and your computer to allow you to work easily with a remote staff member. Our staff will install and configure software as needed to allow you to easily transfer files, share directories on BabbleGlass servers, access your staff member’s desktop remotely, conduct meetings, etc. We’ll also help you configure your phone system for one-touch dialing.

Step 5 We’ll provide you with training

A BabbleGlass specialist will provide you with all the training you need to connect effectively with your supplied staff — on both the technology and the human side of things. We’ll make you comfortable with the technology and show you how easy it is to work closely with someone far away. And, we’ll provide you with training regarding what to expect in working with your new staff member and with BabbleGlass.

Step 6 We make the introductions

That moment when a BabbleGlass staff member is introduced to their new boss is a big deal for us. Supervisors, managers and customer satisfaction staff all often join in to make certain that both you and your new staff member are comfortable, to make sure communications are clear, and to make certain that work gets underway in the most productive way possible.

Step 7 Getting to work and managing your staff

Generally your staff member will work your hours. They’ll check in with you each morning as they get to work, and fill you in about progress against their assignments. Thereafter you’ll both communicate as often as you need to. Keep in mind that assigning and judging work, and training your staff member in the specific ways you want work done are the one thing we can’t do for you. It’s important to take the time every staff member needs for management, training and oversight.

Step 8 Getting support for your support

But even in management you won’t be alone. BabbleGlass provides a direct supervisor and manager to every staff member. Their first goal is to deal with all of the staff member’s general oversight and support needs so you don’t have to. Their second goal is to help support your goals and satisfaction as a manager. They’ll sit in on meetings and phone calls. You’ll know them well and talk to them often.

Step 9 Count on ongoing support and control

We never step away. As a BabbleGlass customer you’ll have ongoing access to an array of people concerned with your satisfaction with your staff members’ work. Aside from supervisors and managers, you’ll get routine calls from your customer satisfaction representative. If you think it’s time for additional staff, or to replace an assigned staff member, they’ll make your path forward and your decisions easy.

Step 10 Take care of your business

And we’ll take care of your staff
